Born in Lyon and raised in São Paulo, Douglas Joyman began singing and touring as a child. He went on to develop his own songwriting project, drawing on indie, rock and folk.
The EPs Nekuia in 2023 and Hotel Dawnsick in 2025 mark stages in his journey, alongside concerts in North America.
His Sweet Tooth project explores desires and their contradictions. The single Sugar Buzz offers a first glimpse, combining pop melodies with rhythmic energy.
